I called to confirm my address bc they messed up last year with my husbands W2 even though we had updated our information. So I called again this year to confirm mine was correct to avoid any delay and/or it going to the wrong address. They would not help if I didn't give them my social security number. I'm sure they can look it up by name but refused. They told me I need to speak to my human resources department where I work, THEY are our human resources department for the employer. Everything w them over the last couple years has been difficult. Even one of my coworkers had issues with them as well.
